Marketing Activity - Form 1

The Form 1 class are to design two posters (A3 Size) for their marketing activity for business studies class. 

Group 1: Francois & Maria – are going to chart the success of one of Apple’s products along the product life cycle.

Group 2: Matteo, Kateriona & Miriam – are going to trace the changes in packaging and design of two well known products down through the years from when the products first appeared on the market.

Photos of work will appear on the Business Studies page on completion.

Marketing Activity - Form 3

Form 3 have completed the function of the marketing department for Business Studies.  The class are now undertaking the following activity:

Design a marketing plan (A3 Size or larger) of how you would market a product of your choice (or your own) in a region/country of your choice.  You should include in your plan:

  • Market Segmentation 
  • Marketing Mix (4Ps)
  • Branding
  • Targeting & Positioning


Also include the importance of social media.  Your plan should be designed with images, graphics, text and colour.  Photos of work will be posted to the Business Studies page on completion.

Form 1 & 2 Home Economics Annual Exam using ICT

Next week beginning on Monday the 3rd of February is the starting date for Form 1 and Form 2 projects for Home Economics using ICT.  Project and Presentation work will consist of 50% of your end of year Home Economics annual exam and 20% of your ICT exam.
